I needed someone who would create a program for me that was safe for my back and was aggressive enough to see results without being too hardcore. She pushes me but always ensures I have good form to prevent injuries. I never feel out of place despite me being extremely uncoordinated. I have noticed tremendous results with Janice in a short period of time.
